Qualities & Managerial Skills:

 

  • Ability to manage from 3 to 8 varying property types

 

  • Strong understanding of managing online distribution channels

 

  • Pace and Rate Strategy analysis

 

  • Competitive Set analysis

 

  • SEO and content generation and optimization

 

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills via phone/e-mail

  • Ability to clearly and concisely present technical subjects

 

Experience - Education:

 

  • At least five years guest service/ hotel experience

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Administration, Business, Statistics, Marketing, Finance or a relevant field of work

  • Excellent time management skills
